Alec's observations about behavioral patterns are business consulting insights, not clinical diagnoses. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
Alec does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or results of any kind. The value of the service depends on what you bring to the conversation and what you do with the insights.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Alec. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Access to Alec is provided through unique access tokens. Your token is personal and should not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your token secure. If you believe your token has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Alec operates on a credit balance system. Your input is always free — write as much as you want, as detailed as you want. You are only charged when Alec responds. Each response costs a fixed amount deducted from your balance. Payments are processed outside the platform (direct transfer). Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Promotional credits or bonuses may be offered at our discretion and may have different terms.
All payments are final. No refunds. Your balance is consumed as you use the service. By adding credits, you acknowledge that unused credits are non-refundable.

Alec's system, methodology, prompts, frameworks, and interface design are proprietary. You retain ownership of the content you share in conversations. We retain ownership of Alec's responses, methodology, and the service itself.
We aim to keep Alec available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability. This service may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Alec is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can delete individual conversations from your session history at any time. You can also delete your entire account and all associated data. When you delete, the data is permanently erased from our servers — no backups, no archives, no recovery. Once it's gone, nobody can access it anymore. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
